When you think "Lake Texoma"...don't forget about Denison!

Denison just doesn't get enough respect.  :)  All joking aside, when you think about the lake, you tend to think about one or two towns bordering the lake.  Many people forget about Denison!  

In my real estate world that I share with you here, there's a TON of listings in Denison that are available, either lake front/lake view, or just a stone's throw away!  Let's highlight a few of DENISON'S lake communities and attractions!

DIAMOND POINTE!  These DELUXE condos, in a state-of-the-art high rise, are for the most discerning buyer...one with that impeccable taste in their home's location, appointments, and ease of living. Lastly, let's talk about FISHING!!!  Both sides of Denison Dam offer AMAZING fishing!  On the lake side, the depths and rock formations offer a total growth habitat for those famous Lake Texoma Striper!  Some record fish have been caught right there...and there are plenty of boat slips nearby!  
 
On the river side, when that spillway opens, get ready to catch some big ones!  The Red River swells with those spillway openings, and the fish are everywhere.  When the spillway is closed and the water more calm, great bass, catfish, and crappie are to be had.
