Sherman Texas Closed Sales

From 2010 to 2011, Sherman Home sales saw a significant decrease by 11%.  From June 2011 to June 2012 we saw a slight increase by 3%.  The market has shifted and each and every day we are seeing our market improve.  Being that we are fortunate to live in the North Texas we did not see the decreases in sales that some other areas around the country dealt with, but it is such a wonderful thing to see our market on the rise.  If my team and I can help you with market stats, comps or what homes are for sale in your area - call us direct at 903-624-0688.
